Although we offer a range of classes, we appreciate that you may prefer more individualised support.
Personal training can help if you have other goals that you wish to achieve at the same time as your running or if you prefer more flexibility to your programme.
Sessions can incorporate strength training, nutrition/weightloss advice and specific flexibility exercises. They can also be individually tailored to you taking into account your lifestyle, current fitness levels and your ultimate goals.
Some people simply prefer to work one to one with a coach so that it allows them to take time out and do something just for themselves.
Sessions are priced at £40 per hour, 30 minute sessions are also available where appropriate
Sessions can be held from your house or at an outdoor location as required.
