Core Running Inspirations................

Next Workshop takes place on Saturday 16th May 9am-1pm

This 4 hour workshop will show you how to hold yourself stronger and taller to make your running feel easier, faster and to help you prevent injuries stopping you in your tracks.

You will:

  • Be shown simple drills to help you run faster without putting in more training
  • Discover the importance of core strength, balance and co-ordination 
  • Learn what good posture is and how this can benefit your running
  • Practice techniques to help you aquire a more efficient running style
  • Find out how to stretch properly and effectively

The workshop is run by Caroline Toshack, with Jenny McLean, on of Edinburgh's foremost mat pilates intructors.

Places are limited to 10 places to ensure everyone receives individual attention and feedback.
