Intermediates Drop in Class...............

Our intermediate level class takes place every Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm         

It is suitable for whose who:

  • Have been running for a while and are now looking to get a bit faster and / or to train for a half marathon or faster 10k
  • Regularly run for 30-40 minutes or more
  • Can run about 10 minute miles or less 
  • Want to be motivated to work harder in a session

The session focuses on developing running strength and pace and generally improving overall fitness. It is ideal for runners who have perhaps completed a 5k or 10k and who are looking to increase their pace over the distance, or perhaps try a half marathon.

Price: £4 per class or £15 per month (payable first Wednesday of month or via website the first week of month)
