Our improvers class is for anyone who can and has run for about 20 minutes within the previous 8 weeks. It is popular with, but not exclusively for, those who have completed the 8 week absolute beginners course.
This class can also be taken as a drop in at £4 per class (payable by cash at the class)
This 8 week course is for anybody who currently isn't running but would like to be able to.
Over the 8 weeks we gradually build up the length of time you are able to run without stopping - the aim being that by the end of the course you are running for around 20 minutes continuously.

Monday 15th March 6:40pm - Meadows
Tuesday 30th March 6:00pm - Inverleith Park
This is aimed at runners who can run for around 20minutes continuously and is the natural follow on class, but not exclusively for, those completing the absolute beginners class. The aim is that by the end of the course you are easily running 30 minutes three times a week, you may have completed or are ready to complete a 5k and you have a good foundation to go on and complete a 10k if you want to.
