If this is you, or someone you know, then you may be interested in our Absolute Beginners Running Course.
The course runs for 8 weeks. Initially the class will last 30 minutes and you'll be walking most of it. Towards the end of the 8 weeks the class will last 35-40 minutes and you'll be running most of it.
The aim is that you'll be running 15-20 mins continuously by the end of the 8 weeks. In order to help you achieve this you will be given a weekly plan to use between sessions and given guidance and advice on other aspects of your health and fitness.
The whole course is only £35.
