Individual consultations are a good chance to 'ask the expert'.

Perhaps you're confused about all the information you have read and need to know what's important for you. Or you are going through a low phase in your training and need help setting some goals to get some clarity and focus. Maybe you'd like someone to have a look at how you run so that you know that you are getting the best out of it.

We carry out face-to-face consultations in the Edinburgh area, and can provide telephone consultations outwith this area (gait analysis excluded).
