We are aim to offer a range of classes and courses, courses to cater for all levels of runners.
Our 2 popular Absolute Beginners courses start approximately every 8 weeks in the Meadows, Edinburgh.
We also have a General class at the Meadows on a Monday evening.
We also run occasional revision courses for those who have built their running up in the past but have let it slide for whatever reason and need a wee boost back up again. Our talks and workshops are held on an adhoc basis.
We are continually reviewing our courses and events and are always happy to hear of any areas where you feel we could help you.
