Have you always wanted to be able to run but find it too difficult? Are you envious of those people who make running look easy and enjoyable while you struggle to run for a couple of minutes? Perhaps you've recently been inspired to take up running but just don't know where to start?
If this is you, or someone you know, then you may be interested in our Absolute Beginners Running Course.
The course runs for 8 weeks. Initially the class will last 30 minutes and you'll be walking most of it (on week 1 you'll run for no more than 30 seconds at a time). Towards the end of the 8 weeks you'll be running most of it.
The aim is that you'll be running about 20 mins continuously by the end of the 8 weeks. In order to help you achieve this you will be given a weekly plan to use between sessions and given guidance and advice on other aspects of your health and fitness.
The whole course is only £35 and limited to 12 people, ensuring you get maximum quality.
